Guests love this home and its modern updates. We work very hard to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please reach out with any and all questions before and during your stay. Disclaimers: Upon booking you acknowledge that 1. This house is 90 years old and the floors may be squeaky. 2. You will hear noise from i-80 when outside the house. 3. There is a pre-school across the street from the house along with a veterans home. Please be respectful. 4. The neighbors that the home shares a fence with are full time residents, please be respectful as they are very kind people. 5. There may be cracks on the walls, this house is 90 years old. 6. There is an unfinished basement where the washer and dryer are located. We are not responsible for guests who are afraid of basements. 7. Do not expect anything extra besides what is provided in the listing. 8. Guests receive one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a new sponge, hand and dish soap, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Extra materials provided upon request. Extra amenities are provided but this is the list of the basics. 9. This is a house and things break unexpectedly. If an appliance or amenity is not working please alert us upon arrival to the house. 10. Early checkins are not catered to. Checking in an hour early (max) can be approved by host Upon request. 11. Keep realistic expectations. For example, if the air conditioning unit or furnace is not functioning on a saturday it may take until Monday for a repair specialist to assess the issue. 12. Homelessness in the area. Keep in mind, we have never had any issues with these people.
